Do I need to log in to access VTS Travel Agent web site ?

Yes,
Vietlink Travel & Service - Travel Agent web site is a "for travel agents only" site.
In order to gain access to our low Consolidator Air Fares, Tour
Packages and many
others information and discounted online,
it is necessary to register your travel agency on line.

2.
How do I become a registered user?
|
We
will need you to provide information regarding your travel agency.
For the ARC/IATA agents you should have your ARC/IATA information
handy. To register, click at Registration button on the left of
the Travel Agent page. You will be guided to provide all necessary
information in order to become a registered user. Non ARC/IATA
agents will also be guided through this registration process.

3.
Is there any obligation by completing the agent profile
information ?
|
Absolutely
no obligation. Once profile information completed, we will review
information and get back to you for a login information by email.
You are then welcome
to search for fare and request for fare quotes without obligation.

4.
What should I do if I forget my user ID and /or password ?
|
In
order to protect unauthorized users from entering the site, if you
have forgotten your password or user ID, you will have to contact
us by e-mail. We will respond to your request by e-mailing back
all necessary information to the e-mail address you have
registered with us.

5.
Can I book online?
|
Here
is your options: If your
agency uses Sabre as a CRS system, you will be able to release
your PNR to Vietlink Travel & Service once the reservation is
made. The other option to book your client travel via internet is
using our Sabre On-line and the reservation made will
automatically release to our system. Please note that by using our
Sabre On-line system you will be charged for US$3.00 on each
reservation you made. You can go to our Booking Information page for more details.

6.
Do I have to book through a CRS system?
|
It
would be more efficient if you book through your own CRS or our
Sabre On-line system or call
the airlines directly for reservation and then release your PNR to
us. However, some of our programs do require the reservation to be
made by Vietlink Travel & Service. If you are a new agency and currently do not have
access to a CRS system, you can use our Sabre On-line system or you can send in your booking request by
using our Reservation page or using our pre-printed form
and fax to us.

7.
How do we know our reservation is confirmed? And when?
|
If
you use your own CRS system or our Sabre On-line system to make the reservation, you will be
releasing a confirmed PNR to Vietlink Travel & Service for ticketing. If
Vietlink Travel & Service is
making the reservation on your behalf, we will reply within 24
hours via e-mail the status of the reservation upon receipt of
your request. Except for some of our special programs which
require a 24 hours ticketing deadline after booking, we will hold
your confirmed reservation for 72 hours. Please provide us with
the payment and ticket delivery information at the time of your
reservation request.

8.
Will I be able to change our flight schedule after we receive the
tickets?
|
It
all depends on the fare rules. In general, outbound departure date
cannot be changed in most promotional fares. Some fares allow
return portion change without penalty while other programs do not
allow any change at all. Our staff will outline the relevant fare
rules along with fare quote when responding to your request.

If there is a question regarding the tickets issued or a pending
PNR, how do I contact VTS?

You
can contact Vietlink Travel & Service by using the "Contact

button on the left of this web site. Please provide all relevant information
regarding the tickets and PNR including a brief description of the
situation, the record locator, and the best way to contact you
(via email, phone, or fax).
